Paloma Lopez Serrano has a pHD in Chemistry.

She worked 15 years in Nalco Company (Ecolab) in R&D water treatment and in Regulatory.

In 2016 Paloma Lopez Serrano joined ECHA for 3 years, managing the secretariat of the Coordination Group.

She then moved back to Industry joining the microbial control business in Dupont which is now part of LANXESS. Paloma Lopez Serrano currently works in LANXESS as Head of the Biosecurity and disinfection Regulatory expert team.
